The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold AFB in Tennessee is seeking sources interested and capable of meeting the Government’s requirement for a quantity of one Tracker flat bottom boat with the technical requirements in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 – SFS Boat Technical Specifications. The Government is considering the use of a firm-fixed-price contract. Delivery is to Arnold AFB, TN.

INTRODUCTION: This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government’s requirement for one Tracker 2072CC flat bottom boat with a Mercury 150Xl four-stroke engine, bimini top, GPS, and trailer with the technical requirements found in Atch 1 - SFS Boat Technical Specifications. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement if a requirement materializes.

Based on the responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research efforts, the requirement may result in a single source acquisition, may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part), or may be procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and feedback or evaluations may or may not be provided to companies regarding submissions.

CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 336612, with the corresponding business size standard of 1,000. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 2010. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include:

Company Information: Name, address, telephone number point of contact names, an e-mail address. Business size. State whether your firm is a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business (SDB), 8(a)-certified small business, historically underutilized business zone (HUBZone) small business, veteran-owned small business (VOSB), service-disabled veteran- owned small business (SDVOSB), or woman-owned small business (WOSB). Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code. SAM.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI).

Provide any comments in regard to Attachment 1 – SFS Boat Technical Specifications. Contract vehicles that would be available to the Government for the procurement of the product, to include ENCORE II, General Service Administration (GSA), GSA MOBIS, NIH, NASA SEWP, Federal Supply Schedules (FSS), or any other Government Agency contract vehicle. (This information is for market research only and does not preclude your company from responding to this notice.)

Interested businesses should submit a brief capability package as it relates to supporting the above requirement. To assist with budgetary estimates, please provide a total estimated price to meet this contemplated acquisition. The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to a company, or to contact a company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. Capability packages should be limited to no more than 3 pages using 12-point type.

Please be advised that all submission become Government property and will not be returned. All Government and contract personal reviewing sources sought responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423. The Government shall not be held liable for any damages incurred if proprietary information is not properly identified.
