Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract to Diversified Technical Systems

This is a sole source solicitation for a commercial product. As such, this solicitation is prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this request. This solicitation is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the offeror associated with developing an offer. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFP.

The Government requires a quantity of two (2) brand-name only DTS SLICE6 AIR Modules (P/N: 13006-90910) to be delivered to Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, with an option to purchase an additional two (2) identical modules within 12 months of contract award. This is purely a supply procurement with no "or equal" products or incidental services. All items must be factory-new, carrying the full manufacturer's warranty, and provided by the OEM, Diversified Technical Systems, Inc. (DTS). See "Attachment 1 - Specifications" for full details.
