AFTC/PZIA located at Arnold AFB, TN solicited and negotiated with only one source, Phillips Corporation (CAGE Code 3MPQ0, a Large Business under the contemplated NAICS code), to meet the Government’s requirement for a Trunnion Rotary Table for an existing Haas Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine (HAAS VF-5). Attached is the redacted single source justification. Order award was made on 3 Nov 2025.
