Simplified Acquisition for Base Engineering Requirements (SABER - Arnold AFB)

RFI THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. ANY REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Request for Information (RFI) is being conducted by the United States Air Force, Arnold Engineering and Development Complex, Arnold AFB, Tennessee to conduct market research in determining the existence of potential sources for the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (SABER) contract.

The government is considering a five (5) Year, base year and four (4) Option Years, NTE $15,000,000.00 contract. The government is also interested in identifying all sources including Small Businesses. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) may or may not necessarily be the final document for any future requirement.

The information in this notice is based on current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Construction), with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00 dollars.

Response Due Date and Time: Friday, 10 May 2024 by Close of Business (COB), CST.

Location: AEDC - Arnold Engineering Development Complex, Arnold AFB, Tennessee 37389. Purpose/Description of Requirement: See Attachment #1 for the DRAFT Statement of Work for SABER IDIQ and Attachment #2 - Questions for SABER IDIQ. (Please answer all twelve [12] questions). Updated information will be provided in future announcements, if applicable, and posted electronically on the System for Award Management website at www.SAM.gov. Responses to this Request for Information notice may or may not be returned.

The Government will review information submitted by this RFI notice to be used to determine a potential future contract for the SABER Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity. All responses are to be provided in writing (electronic responses acceptable) as required by the Response Due Date stated above. Send all responses to Mr. John E.
