(14) Contract Award Date: N/A (15) Contractor: Adserballe & Knudsden (16) Description: The work shall consist of, but not limited to, providing all labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish Pituffik (Thule) Tank repairs. The intent for this task order is to perform out of service API 653 tank repairs on tank 18 on initial effort with five tanks on the options.
The API inspection repair items are nearly identical for the tanks, and each are above ground storage tanks (AST’s) that have no floating roof. Additional effort may follow with Options if identified as necessary and approved by government stakeholders.
(17) Place of Contract Performance: Pituffik Space Base, Greenland (18) Set-aside Status: In accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(4) and FAR 6.302-4 International Agreement, Full and open competition need not be provided for when precluded by the terms of an international agreement or a treaty between the United States and a foreign government or international organization, or the written directions of a foreign government reimbursing the agency for the cost of the acquisition of the supplies or services for such government.
