This is an official notice to industry: The proposed contract action to execute a modification to the 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron’s (772 ESS) existing Regional Engineering and Construction (RE&C) West Region, Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) has been completed. However, it is no longer the Government's intent to execute a Class J&A to extend the ordering period for all (West, Central and East) RE&C Contracts.

The ordering period for all RE&C contracts (West, Central, and East) will end on 6 December 2024. For details refer to attached: "REC - Notice of Intent - Extension Denied - 18 Nov 2024" Summary of Changes The ordering period for RE&C West contracts has been extended by 28 days, from 8 November 2024 to 6 December 2024, through modification. The planned 16-month extension to the ordering period for all RE&C contracts has been cancelled.

All RE&C contracts will now end on 6 December 2024. This new NOI dated 18 Nov 2024 supersedes previous notice dated 30 October 2024.
