Andromeda IDIQ

Amendment 1: This is an amendment to revise a subsection in Attachment 17. This revision removes an erroneous statement to eliminate ambiguity regarding work sample submissions. The change clarifies that offerors must have been the direct prime or lead integrator for any submitted work samples. The amended document will be distributed via DoD Safe to all currently approved offerors.

The purpose of this announcement is to request competitive proposals from sources capable of meeting the needs of the Andromeda Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement. The Andromeda IDIQ is to define, design, and build technologies and space-based systems for the Space Domain Awareness mission area. The purpose of this announcement is to solicit proposals for entry into the IDIQ awardee pool. The first delivery order will be for RG-XX.

General Instructions: This solicitation contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Offerors must request permission to receive CUI documents from the following individuals listed below. Offerors must provide a CAGE code associated with a compliant NIST SP 800-171 assessment to receive access to CUI attachments and to be eligible for award.
