This is a revised sources sought for CyOSST IV. Attached is a Statement of Work (SOW) and questionnaire. The questionannire must be fully completed to be considered as a potential source in meeting the 39th Information Operations Squadrons requirement. Your companies response to the SOW must also be clear and consise addressing all the specific requirements as identified in Section 3.
