UES, Inc., 4401 Dayton Xenia Rd., Dayton, Ohio, has been awarded a $25.0M Cost Plus Fixed-Fee contract for “Advanced Development of Operational Performance Technologies (ADOPT)”. This contract provides for technology maturation of AFRL-developed and inspired technologies, including medical and human performance technologies, to increase transition of disruptive products to the warfighter. The location of performance is at the Contractor’s facility as well as on-site at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
The work is expected to be complete by 21 DEC 2028. This award is the result of a competitive white paper submitted under Open Advanced Research Announcement (ARA) FA8650-21-S-6001. One proposal was received. FY25 Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) funds, Budget Activity (BA) 6.2-6.3 in the amount of $1,202,446 were obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Research Laboratory Wright Research Site (AFRL/RAKHA), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity. There is no known congressional interest pertaining to this acquisition. This award does not support Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
