3204(a)(1), as implemented by RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The requirement encompasses the acquisition and installation of one (1) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Level D Qualified 747-8i Full Flight Simulator (FFS) at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, and the procurement of an Initial Logistics Support Package (ILSP).
