FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) TECHNICAL ORDER (TO) & COMPUTER PROGRAM IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (CPIN) WORLDWIDE REVIEW (WWR)

This effort will serve to support the conference for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Technical Order (TO) and Computer Program Identification Number (CPIN) World Wide Review (WWR). The contractor shall provide hotel/conference space capable of supporting approximately 300 workshop attendees with space large enough to accommodate comfortably a large group classroom along with three to five smaller private meeting spaces to host one-on-one breakout sessions.

The main large group classroom must have audio/visual capabilities along with one to three of the smaller private spaces. Additionally, an office space is required for briefers and workshop hosts to prepare. All rooms must contain WiFi access for all attendees. Location must be able to provide a block of hotel rooms to be paid by the attendees. The contractor shall hold a block of approximately 120 rooms from May 31st 2025 – June 6th 2025 for attendee reservation and lodging during the four-day workshop. Rooms shall open to the interior of building.
