Industry Day for LRU-36/A Life Rift

The Human Systems Division (HSD) of the Air Force Lifecycle Mangement Center (LCMC), out of Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia, will be holding an industry day at Mercer Research Engineering Center Auditorium on the 13 of May 2025 from 0800 to 1600, eastern standard time (EST). The HSD will provide an overview of the program along with expected outcomes of the event.

The HSD will seek to familiarize manufacturers with the upcoming release of LRU-36/A government-owned life raft design along with its manufacturing techniques and processes., discuss planned solicitations and resulting contracts and discuss with manufactures requirements for production capabilities, timelines, and the submission of deliveries. Interested parties are able to request access to the LRU-36A drawings and specifications by reaching out to the POCs below and signing a non-disclosure agreement.
