This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (“solicitation” hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price contract for commercial items. The contract will be for steel structural material parts that are cut and machined, as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1), Skid Steel Drawings (Attachment 2) and the Steel Part – 1 Skid Assembly (Attachment 3).
Period of Performance:
Base Year: 01 May 2025 – 30 April 2026, for a total of twelve (12) Skid Assemblies Option Year 1: 01 May 2026 – 30 April 2027, for a total of twelve (12) Skid Assemblies Option Year 2: 01 May 2027 – 30 April 2028, for a total of twelve (12) Skid Assemblies Option Year 3: 01 May 2028 – 30 April 2029, for a total of twelve (12) Skid Assemblies This solicitation is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and no further solicitation will be issued. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government.
The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Ability to comply with the requirements of the Performance Work Statement as evidenced by providing a complete description of the items to be provided; and Contains the lowest total evaluated price (TEP), provided that the TEP is determined Fair and Reasonable Price (Lowest Price Technically Acceptable). Offerors shall submit the price for the base year and each of the three (3) option years.
Evaluations will be made on the total price for the base year and all option years to determine the lowest price. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon (1) the quality of proposals received and (2) the price fair and reasonableness of proposals received.

The entire proposal must be contained in a single e-mail that does not exceed 15 megabytes including attachments, if any. E-mails with compressed files are not permitted. Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe or .zip files).
Therefore, if the specified subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the email filters at Wright-Patterson.
