CMM and Romer Arm Maintenance and Calibration

This is a single source, commercial purchase for CMM and Romer Arm Maintenance and Calibration from the OEM, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Inc. The Contractor shall provide labor, tools, materials, parts, equipment, transportation, travel, supervision, and services as necessary to provide a twelve (12)-month annual term for base year and 4 option years for the Brown and Shape Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Romer Portable Arms HW/SW Maintenance which includes Hardware/Software Maintenance Agreement (HMA/SMA) bundle with the applicable subscription service levels that include stand-alone software updates and technical support, onsite support visits, preventative maintenance, calibration, repair, documentation, marking/labeling, clean, and any FOB destination shipping and/or return shipping.

These services shall be performed in the CMM Lab located in building 140/Room 17 for the CMM and Portable Arm units (dubbed #1 and #2) which are specialized measuring equipment used to perform inspections of critical milled metal parts to determine if they meet customer(s) required dimensional tolerances to support the CMM Lab 402nd Commodities Maintenance Group (CMXG) at Robins AFB which shall be performed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Inc. (Hexagon).
