This notice serves as a Solicitation for procurement of the Wing and Fin SubAssemblies which are a sub-components of the AIM-120X, and CATM-120X series of Advanced Medium Range Air to Air Missile (AMRAAM). This acquisition is contemplated as a Price Only Source Selection between Proven vendors Raytheon Company (1151 E Hermans Road, P.O.

Box 11337, Tucson, AZ 85734-1337) and BK Manufacturing Co Inc (100 TECHNOLOGY PARK, ARAB, AL 35016) under authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements (10 USC 2304(c)(l)). Subcontracting opportunities should be addressed to Raytheon Company and BK Manufacturing Co Inc at the above addresses.
