Purchasing Parts for Common Avionics ARQ-166 Weapon System

The Government anticipates issuing a one-time Firm Fixed Priced purchase order to accomplish a one-time buy of a non-Stocklisted item. The item is for a quantity of (4) Pressure Switch Assembly, Part Number 700-773-25, for the end item repair of the Common Avionics ARQ-166 Weapon System. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All potential offerors should contact the Contract Specialist or PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. The EN has provided the Part Number Office with the course of action to procure 4 each of Part Number 700-773-25 from DM Aero, CAGE 6UBJ4.
