The Support Equipment and Vehicles Division at Robins AFB, Georgia (AFLCMC/ROZ) at 235 Byron Street, Bldg.300 West Wing, Bay D, Suite 19A, Robins AFB, GA has a requirement for a sole source effort to AAR Manufacturing (CAGE 80298) based on FAR 6.302-1. Only one source can satisfy the government’s requirements. It is a six (6) year, Firm-Fixed Price Requirements type contract. This contract will contain a one (1) year basic period and five (5) one (1) year option periods to produce the 463L Cargo Pallets.

The 463L Cargo Pallet (P/N: HCU-6/E & HCU-12/E) is used to transport up to 10,000 lbs on-board military cargo- carrying aircraft, including C-5, C-17, and C-130. The pallets are transported on the ground with Tunner Loaders, Halvorsen loaders, forklifts, and K-loaders. Cargo on-board these pallets can be stacked up to 96 inches high prior to being secured with two side (low profile) nets and one top net to the 463L rail system on the loaders and aircraft. RFP issued Sole Source to AAR Moblity Systems (CAGE 80298) IAW FAR 6.302-1
