UPDATE: The Government Team will be hosting a virtual pre-proposal conference on Monday, 8 April 2024 at 10 AM -11 AM EST . If interested in attending, please register with the POCs listed by 7AM EST Monday, 8 April 2024. All questions must be in writing and submitted to the POCs. The preference is to have questions submitted by 12 PM EST, 5 April 2024 (prior to the pre-proposal conference); however, the Government Team will accept questions up until 12 PM EST, 9 April 2024.

The Technical Data Support Service (TDSSe³) enterprise contract is for the continuation of services associated with the sustainment and conversion of Technical Orders (TOs) and engineering data managed within organic systems. Services will include TO and engineering data: management, update, conversion, distribution, and library services.

TDSSe³ will replace the single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract FA8530-20-D-0002, set to expire 08 March 2025. The TDSSe³ acquisition will be competitively awarded within the 8(a) Small Business Development Program as an IDIQ contract, in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be for nine (9) years (Four (4) year ordering period with one (1) option for five (5) additional ordering periods) and FAR Extension of Services clause 52.217-8 will be included.

The award will be to a single source. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i)). The Government Team will be hosting a virtual pre-proposal conference on 8 April 2024, tentatively at 9 AM EST for one hour. If interested in attending, please register with the POCs listed. All questions must be in writing and submitted to the POCs.
