This contract award is for Special Operation Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) Multiple Award Contract for Modifications Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for the Fixed Wing and Rotary Division managed C-130, H-1, and H-60 aircraft.

Requirements under this award include, but are not limited to, non-recurring engineering, integration, trial installations, kit proof installations, aircraft technical data packages, technical orders, provisioning, test support, development of airworthiness documentation, cybersecurity documentation and installation of aircraft modification kits. 893E2 DELIVERY SCHEDULE: This contract will consist of seven (7) years and include three (3) year basic period with two (2) option periods consisting of two (2) years each. The PoP will be determined to each order, however no order may exceed seven (7) years. Orders may be placed from date of award through 24 months after exercise of the last option. Any questions should be directed to the buyer/Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) identified below.

If your concerns are not satisfied by the PCO, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
