Engineering Investigation Systems

This solicitation is for Sustaining Engineering (SE) effort to provide the Government with engineering, technical and logistics support for electrical systems, avionics systems, mechanical systems, and structural systems programs on the C-130 aircraft.

This solicitation will be awarded In accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. § 637(a)) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.8, and the executed Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of the Air Force.

Formal Synopsis was exempt IAW FAR 5.202(a)(4) The proposed contract action is expressly authorized or required by a statute to be made through another Government agency, including acquisitions from the Small Business Administration (SBA) using the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act.
