78 FSS/FSR Hot Food Vending Machines

This acquisition is to obtain three autonomous hot food vending machines/kiosks designed to provide 24/7 unattended access to high-quality meals. Features include 55-inch interactive touchscreen, 220V power supply, accept various payment methods, 5G, Wi-fi and comply with UL, CSA, and NAMA safety and vending standards to name a few. IAW DAFMAN 64-119 para 8.2 and/or DoDI 4105.67 Enclosure 2 para 4.a: This is a non-appropriated fund purchase, and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.

The Government intends to award this effort to Le Bread Express, Cage:13ZF1, 1496 Merry Lane, San Jose, Califiornia 95128-4452, United States. This award will be made as a sole source since they are found to be the only source that can satisfy agency requirements.
