NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT. This notice fulfills the transmittal of synopsis per FAR 5.207. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation package is available, and email requests will not be honored. In accordance with FAR 13.106(b), this requirement will be solicited to only a single source as it is determined that only one source is reasonably available, and no other supplies will satisfy the agency’s requirement.

The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Cryptologic and Cyber System Division intends to award a purchase order to General Dynamics Mission Systems Inc. (04655) of Dedham, Massachusetts to furnish the following supplies: LINE ITEM DESCRIPTION QUANTITY 0001 Red Cable Assy.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334290 with size standard of 800 employees. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) for this procurement is 5811 Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement in accordance with the posted dates.

Any response to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that the interested party can fulfill this requirement and competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
