Compute and Store Services BOA Synopsis

This is a NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA)/ SYNOPSIS. This is NOT a solicitation. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio Lackland intends to solicit for award, a competitive order after exclusion of sources on the Software DevSecOps Services multiple award Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA) for the following:

This effort will provide development and engineering services for the administration, resource management, orchestration, and abstracting cloud-vendor and on-prem IT assets to support and maintain Compute and Store resources within the Infrastructure Value Stream. This will have an ordering period of 1 year with 2 option years (36 months). It will be set-aside for SB 100% within the BOA.

DA10 Size Standard: $40M The proposed contract action is for the development and engineering services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate competitively In Accordance With (IAW) the Software DevSecOps BOA holders. The Government intends to make an award by end of September 2024. The contract action will not be further synopsized after this notice per a Class Justification and Approval (J&A) dated 29 January 2020 by the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force.
