Notice of Sole Source Award Authority & Citations: In accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.301(b), this contract was awarded on a sole-source basis under the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) authority RFO 6.103-1 and 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), "Only one responsible source - no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements".

Requirement Rationale: The agency's mission requirements can only be satisfied by the identified sole-source vendor due to highly specialized and proprietary capabilities; no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A redacted copy of the approved Justification and Approval (J&A) is attached and made publicly available with this notice in accordance with RFO 6.301.
