Microwave Radio Link System Replacement

The Government intends to solicit a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposal for: The Microwave Radio Link Replacement Program is to replace four existing Alcatel/Lucent MDR-8000 Line of Sight links with new Internet Protocol based Line of Sight radios. This is a total small business set aside.

Submittal Requirements:

1) Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman Owned Small Business/etc.) Company must be registered in SAM.

2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all tasks specified in the Statement of Work and CDRLs.

3) Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 30 days after the expiration of this solicitation; 18 Jan, 2024.

4) Responses shall be limited to 2 pages. All questions and responses shall be submitted in writing via email directed to Jayson Skow, Contract Specialist, at jayson.skow@us.af.mil To request access to the SOW and CDRLs, click on the attachment and follow the SAM.gov instructions.

UPDATE 01/12/2024

There is a new version of the SOW that has been added. A bidders library that contains documents and drawings is available upon request. To request the library, email jayson.skow@us.af.mil. This library requires contractors to be Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified to receive export controlled data. https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/ The response due date has been updated to allow contractors time to process the additional information in the bidders library and the updated SOW.

UPDATE 1/18/2024

The Combined Solicitation and Synopsis has been added to the files list, which also states the evaluation criteria for offers. Clarified the description body that this is a total small business set aside.

UPDATE 1/22/2024

The solicitation due date has been updated to 26 Feb, 2024 at 5PM Mountain, to allow bidders time to receive JCP certification, in order to receive access to the bidders library. The bidders library contains additional documentation not included in the attachments of this solicitation.
