08 July 2024 - FA822724R0002 Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Attach questions and answers submitted by potential offerors (see attached document "GMTS Solicitation Questions and Answers").

2) Extend the due date for offers to 22 July 2024.

11 June 2024 - FA822724R0002 This is a formal solicitation or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP follows Federal Aquisition Regulation and its supplements to the Air Force.

REQUIREMENT: Guided Missile Test Stands (GMTS) Upgrade, refurbishment, and modernization of six (6) GMTSs with automated controls and primarily Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) components and equipment to allow life-cycle sustainment.

FFP Single-Award Contract Source Selection: Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) with Acceptable Past Performance Attachments/Drawings/Documents Access: Access is export controlled and thus, interested offerors must have an active DD2345 and request access. In order for the PCO to approve the request the potential offeror must provide in their request their CAGE code so the PCO can verify the firm has an active DD2345, Military Technical Data Agreement.

After submitting the access request, the interested offeror must e-mail the PCO at randall.egbert@us.af.mil so the PCO can approve the access request. As a reminder, these forms and the information therein are not to be shared outside of your organization. Offerors are requested to thoroughly review the RFP and its documents prior to submitting questions or clarifications.

If an offeror believes that the requirements in these instructions contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the offeror shall immediately notify the CO in writing with supporting rationale as well as the remedies the offeror is asking the CO to consider as related to the omission or error. Please provide all questions/clarifications to the POCs of the RFP by 27 June 2024.
