The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to :

Block 14 (Description of Amendment/Modification):

SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF SOLICITATION This amendment is issued to formally cancel Solicitation FA822426Q0003_0002, "AMXG Group Air Compressors, Cooling System & Pump Stations Installation," in its entirety. This action is taken in accordance with FAR 14.404-1(c)(2), as the Government has determined that it is in the public interest to fulfill this requirement using in-house Government resources. No award will be made under this solicitation. The Government appreciates the time and effort of all offerors who submitted a quote. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation are hereby rescinded. The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to:

Block 14 (Description of Amendment/Modification):

1. Provide the Government's official responses to all contractor questions received.

2. Formally amend the Statement of Work (SOW) Section 2.1. The required Installation Completion Deadline is hereby changed from 12 August 2026 (as originally stated on the SOW) to 17 August 2026.

3. Incorporate the attached Question & Answer table. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment with their quotation. Reference the newly attached supporting amemdment documents: 1. SF 1442 2. Attachment_1_SOW_AMXG26036(Amended)REVISED_24Jul2026. 3. FA822426Q0003_Amendment_0001 The Air Force is soliciting a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for a contractor to install and integrate a Government-furnished compressor and cooling system at Hill AFB, Utah.

Key Project Details:

The Work: The contractor will provide the labor, tools, and standard materials (piping, wiring, epoxy) to physically install two government-owned Ingersoll Rand compressors, dryers, and glycol coolers into Building 269 and connect them to the base's 460V power and air loop.

The Constraints: All primary machinery is Government Furnished Property (GFP). Facility drawings are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requiring vetted SAM.gov access. Davis-Bacon prevailing wages apply.
