Cyber Ops CCTV System Service Support

Amendment: Offers are due no later than 23 September 2025, 4:00 pm MST. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation and update the file format of the Questions & Answers document. This is in response to vendors expressing inability to open the Q&A document and needing more time to submit a quote. A newly formatted Q&A file has been uploaded to the attachments as well as an updated Combined Synopsys Solicitation (CSS) document (Only due dates have been changed in this CSS document).

The purpose of this requirement is to provide the 309 SWEG CyberOps Squadron with support for the stand-alone Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system and server within the boundaries of building 1515, which is a secured facility. The end user is requesting a service contract for the base year plus four option years. Please reference the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) for detailed specifications.
