T-38 Avionics Sustainment Support Program

The T-38 Program Office , Hill AFB, is anticipating awarding a contract for sustaining engineering and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) efforts for the T-38 Avionics. The CLS efforts Period of Performance (PoP) will begin approximately 1 January 2026 with a five (5) year basic period and one (1) five (5) year option period for a total of ten (10) years. This Sources Sought seeks to provide the Air Force with an understanding of the technology and resources availible within the industry to support this effort. Interested parties should respond to the sources sought with the information requested. Operating locations are as follows:
