Emergency Spill Cleanup

Hill Air Force Base requests information of sources capable to perform the clean-up of hazardous material and hazardous waste spills resulting from activities performed at or by Hill AFB, either on or off-Base; to include the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) and associated facilities (Little Mountain, Carter Creek, etc.). THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY.

This Request For Information (RFI) / Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or a promise to issue an RFQ or RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the Government is not at this time seeking quotes and will NOT accept unsolicited quotes.

Respondents are advised that the Government will NOT pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or RFP, if any is issued. The RFI consists of the following attachment: Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW)
