2026 HAFB Air Show Portable Toilets

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The 75th Air Base Wing is seeking comprehensive portable sanitation services for the Warriors Over the Wasatch Airshow, scheduled to be held at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, from June 26-28, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision required to support the event. All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by 24 March, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. MST to allow for the Government to assess the inquiry and provide a response.
