Crane Operated Rental

The Government requires a crane operated rental (both the crane and the certified operator) to complete the antenna pedestal upgrade for the Radar Open System Architecture (ROSA-3) radar at the Eastern Range (ER). The Contractor shall provide a 35-ton rough terrain crane operated rental for two (2) weeks, with the option for the Government to extend two (2) additional weeks if needed.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) price. (ii) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement.
