Request for Quote – FA8201-25-Q-OF01 Office Furniture for the 309 MXSG Hill Air Force Base, UT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8201-25-Q-OF01 is issued as a request for proposal (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, 17 January 2025. and its supplements.

Delivery and Installation: The anticipated delivery and installation period is between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. The awarded contractor will coordinate the specific delivery and installation schedule with the requiring activity following contract award.

Quote Validity: Submitted quotes must remain valid until September 30, 2025. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside announcement filed under NAICS code 337214 Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing and Product Supply Code 7110 Office Furniture. This acquisition is seeking to acquire furniture and equipment for a new facility being built on Hill AFB.

Estimated completion of constructing this facility is April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. Vendor will need to purchase and install furniture listed in the CLINs below. Furniture and equipment will be for office spaces, conference room, break area, and industrial preparation area in this new facility. Please see attachted RFQ docuemnt for CLIN Structure. All quotes will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

Award will be made to the vendor with the lowest price that also meets the requirements listed in the Bill of Materials and Statement or Work. **The due date for all proposals is 10 June, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. MST.** All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted by 30 May, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. MST.
