Historically, for Hill AFB Sunshade Inspection, Maintenance and Repair service orders, potential offerors have prepared quotes based on their estimates for the scope of work required in the PWS. For the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs 0001 and 0002, the offeror needs to prepare the quote based on their estimates for the required inspection, maintenance and repair services including repair parts in accordance with the PWS.

Please reference the PWS, FA8201-25-Q-0004 Combo Synopsis Solicitation including 52.212-1 Instructions and 52.212-2 Evaluation of offers to prepare quotes. Unit prices and total award value are not re-negotiated after award. An Over and Above CLIN is not included in the order and is not allowed to be included in a quote as Over and Above services are not required.

With offerors able to prepare quotes based on their estimates, a Time and Material (T&M) and Firm Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FFP EPA) contract type are not appropriate for the effort.
