WWYK250031 – Repair B62528 Project Location: Tinker AFB - B62528 The government is re-soliciting this requirement after the cancelation notice last month. If you did not attend the site visit in April, you're invited to attend on 21 October. All parties interested in submiting a proposal is required to attend the site visit on 21 Ocotober. Various demolition throughout building 62528 on Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma that are compliant with applicable NEC and NFPA standards.

The magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses.

Currently, the Solicitation – Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received by 20 October 2025 at 1:00pm.

In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must send names of participants with your RSVP so that we can know how many personnel require base access. After receipt of your RSVP, an MS Outlook meeting invite will be coordinated and will be forwarded stating the date and time of the Initial Site Visit. You must attend the Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
