Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - (IAW FAR 12.603) - FA8122-25-R-0025 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) IAW FAR Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. The Air Force Sustainment Center Engines Section (AFSC/PZAAB) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma intends to award a firm fixed-price supply contract for the Remanufacture of the F108 Large Tip Nozzles. The contract will be issued for one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options.This solicitation is being issued as a sole source requirement to Woodward FST, Inc. (CAGE 65065).
All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for details. Qualification requirements apply. Vendors responding to this solicitation are required to have an approved Source Approval Request (SAR) prior to award. Award will not be delayed pending SAR approval.

In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor/supplier for any costs incurred.” Contractor is required to sign/date and fill in the vendor information and Total Contract Price on page two (2), complete the Pricing Matrix and the required provisions and fill-ins. Please return 1 signed copy to the Issuing Office. Contractor agrees to provide all services/supplies set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.

The responsible vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database available at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
Lack of valid registration in SAM will qualify the vendor as ineligible for award. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7019, the vendor must be registered in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) with a current (within 3 years) NIST SP 800-171 assessment score of 110 or a Plan of Action Completion. Failure to register a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment with SPRS may result in the vendor being determined ineligible for award.
