The Government is soliciting a competitive, firm-fixed price procurement for a one-time spares buy for the Tube and Fittings, Metal, New Manufacture NSN 4710014783721NZ P/N 4084987 This solicitation is subject to the “Availability of Funds” Clause FAR 52.232-18: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Qualification Requirements: Offerors must be a manufacuring source specified on a source control drawing 4084987, Cage 77445. Suitable Technical data, Government Data Rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing or another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Proposals are due:
