Sustainment SDS

Provide SDS and LOMPT application software support, software maintenence support, user support and program management support. SDS support software application components, including bug fixes, core updates, installation of software patches and maintenance of licenses as required. Provide coordination via email or ad hoc rapid response teleconferences to remain reponsive to immediate system stoppage or significant slow downs. Provide how regression is done for all new code/code fix.

Provide assistance to SDS users via telephone or email, on how to perform various activities that can be accomplished using the current released SDS application. Provide software help and software system enhancements that are identified while conducting software maintenance.
