UPDATE 7 Jul 23 The Government extends the due date to allow time for additional responses to 14 Jul 23. UPDATE 8 June 23 The Government anticpates contract award Q2 of FY 25. The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) requirements to service AN/MSN-7 Communication Central System.
AN/MSN-7 Communication Central System, also known as the Tower Restoral Vehicle (TRV), is a deployable air traffic control tower used for control of aircraft during taxi, takeoff and landing on and around airfield. The primary mission is to provide rapidly deployable air traffic control tower services for USAF deployment operations, such as bare bases and alternate off-base landing areas.
The secondary mission is to provide temporary replacement of existing air traffic control tower facilities while they are being repaired or refurbished. The government is the holder of all Technical Data of AN/MSN-7.
