This is a sole-source requirement to Honeywell-Vertiv Corporation, with the exclusion of full and open competition authorized by 12.102(a). The Air Force Sustainment Center Operational Division (AFSC/PZIOA) is located at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma.
