Portable Latrines and Hand Wash Stations Rental Services

The Government has a requirement to provide latrine and handwash station services at approximately 55 locations at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX. This service has been provided by the Air Force on Fort Bliss since 2022 and this requirement is for the continuance of these services. This requirement will cover latrine and hand wash station rental services to support Desert Defender Ground Combat Readiness Training Command Section.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, management, quality control, and labor necessary to perform latrine and hand wash station services to include latrine sanitation (cleaning, toilet paper restock, refill hand washing stations). Services shall be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws and regulations, commercial standards, and the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS).
