Solicitation FA8051-26-Q-4005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government requires the sustainment of its existing Schneider Electric Power Monitoring Expert (PME) software suites, which are used for the Advanced Meter Reading System (AMRS) platform.

The requirement includes software sustainment for 46 PME license suites currently deployed across multiple Air Force bases. This effort also includes the optional procurement and sustainment of up to 30 additional PME software license suites with sustainment over the life of the contract. This is a brand name only requirement for Schneider Electric PME software and sustainment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is a Competitive 8(a) Set-Aside. AMENDMENT SUMMARY OF CHANGES The purpose of this amendment is to update key language within the Solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW), extend the proposal submission deadline, and incorporate the official Question and Answer (Q&A) document with additional questions as of 20 July 2026.
