R3M Proposed Ordering Period Extension - Amendment

There will NO longer be an extension for the R3M Program. This is a notice of intent to execute a class Justi?cation and Approval (J&A) to modify the 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron’s (772 ESS) existing Roof Repair, Replacement & Maintenance (R3M), Multiple-Award Inde?nite Delivery/Inde?nite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts to incorporate a 12-month additional ordering period for each of the (West, Midwest, Northeast, Southwest, Southeast & Alaska) R3M regional contracts.

If enacted, the new ordering periods will be from 15 May 2025 until 14 May 2026. Note, once the follow-on ID/IQ Roof Repair & Replacement Follow-on (R3F) contract is awarded, any in-process Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for Roof Repair, Replacement & Maintenance (R3M) will be invalid and will transfer to the C2E contract for proposal submission. At this time the 772 ESS asks for the review of attached NOI (1 total document).
