Mirion Lynx-II Digital Signal Analyzer

Request For Quote (RFQ) FA7022-24-Q-LYNX AFTAC CIL Lynx II Digital Signal Analyzer Requirement: USAF CIL requires a Lynx-II Digital Signal Analyzer compatible with existing Mirion (previously Canberra) HPGe Detectors. The digital signal analyzer must include DSP based pulse processing, 32,000 channel spectral memory, ethernet interfaces, PHA, MCS, multispectral scaling and time stamped list modes, advanced auto pole/zero, base line restorer and digital stabilization controls.

The analyzer must be be compatible with the current measurement system including Genie V3.4 which is controlled by Mirion hardware and software. See Attachment 1 – SOO & Attachment 2 – Quote Sheet for detailed description of products required. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334519. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

The government will consider any responses from capable sources received till the closing of this synopsis. Please submit responses by 12:00 PM EDT, 26 August 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
