Systems Warfighting Architecture Navigator (SWAN)

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing non-personal services supporting the Systems Warfighting Architecture Navigator (SWAN). SWAN is a Government-owned capability that supports mission thread analysis, enterprise decision support, and software operations and sustainment in support of Department of the Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities.

The Government is seeking information regarding industry’s capabilities, relevant experience, recommended acquisition approaches, and overall ability to perform services of similar scope, complexity, and security. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) will be used solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. This RFI does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government to award a contract.

The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with preparing a response. Interested parties are requested to provide a response that addresses the attached RFI, please limit responses to fifteen (15) pages.
