This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. All questions are to be submitted in writing by 22 August 2025 at 1400 EDT; any questions submitted after this date will not be answered.
