Data Aggregation and Analytics (DA2)

OSI requires an interactive, web-based service that provides users real-time link analyses of extensive business linkages globally related to government contracting. This information is needed for the law enforcement mission of OSI. It should enable users to query using any single criterion or combination of vast search criteria, including executive name, company name, address, DUNS Number, government contract number, and others.

Link analyses generated from the tool should indicate corporate family trees, each component of which can be further refined to specific locations, the executives responsible for that component, and related government contracts. The system should provide commercial information and insight into businesses globally of any size, as well as show domestic and foreign ownership in companies.

Ultimately, the information that is delivered from this system should be able to be readily organized into link analyses with robust entity resolution. Finally, customer training and support should be provided at little to no additional cost. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, along with a past performance/relative experience summary, which are relative to this requirement. This informtion will be considered by the agency to determine appropriate sourcing for this requirement.
