This notice is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions.

The contracting office responsible for this notice is the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Contracting Directorate (PK), Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, 20762. AFDW/PK intends to award a sole source contract to Accenture Federal Services, LLC (AFS) located at 5155 Parkstone Dr., Chantilly, VA 20151 for the use of DataViser Data Aggregation and Analytics tool using the authority Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13—Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1-- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements as AFS is the only company that can provide a tool without the Government experiencing substantial duplication of cost that could not be expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling its requirements.

The Government has deemed AFS to be a responsible contractor. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code assigned to this procurement is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services for which the Small Business size standard is $34M. The Federal Supply Code (FSC)/Product Service Code (PSC) is 7J20. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price supply type contract.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement by 10:00 PM EDT on 10 Sep 2024. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of capability statements. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement. If no sufficient response is received, the contract will be awarded without further notice.

A sufficient response includes documentation that indicates the vendor’s experience and ability to meet this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
