The Government requires continuous support from the current SSETA contract for an additional four (4) months, and potentially up to 12 months until the protest period has concluded and resolved for the awarded follow-on contract (FA701424F0035). The Government cannot have a lapse of any length of time of the services provided below while the protest and resolution are ongoing. The appropriations used for this service are O&M - 3410. The total estimated value of this action is $10,724,818.22 .

This bridge contract will provide continuity of services to the Headquarters Space Force Chief Operations Office (USSF/COO). In order to fulfill their missions, USSF/COO requires contractor technical, operational, acquisition related, and support advisory and assistance services. USSF/COO normalizes and integrates space operations, as well as developing policy and guidance for field organizations and lastly, providing operational expertise and oversight to Headquarters Space Force and other defense agencies.

The Contractor provides subject matter experts (SMEs) with detailed and extensive knowledge of the specific disciplines required within the Space enterprise, possesses knowledge of national security space policy, strategy, international collaboration, future concepts, planning, programming, budgeting & execution (PPBE) process, enterprise engineering, architecture development and space acquisition.

The Contractor participates in and supports policy and planning, budget, and architecture development related activities. The Contractor also provides subject matter expertise to support cross-divisional efforts and taskings, and integrate budgeted related information into USSF/COO studies and analyses supporting unclassified, classified, and Special Technical Operations (STO) capabilities. The following CLIN structure will be used:

X001: A3OS Labor (Firm Fixed Price); Qty as determined by Period of Performance;

Unit of Issue Month X002: A3OS Travel (Cost No Fee) Billed Upon Approval of Travel;

Qty 1, Unit of Issue Lot X003: A3OS Contract Access Fee .01% of CLIN X001 Price (Cost No Fee); Qty 1, Unit of Issue Lot The Government will retain the rights to all information generated in support of the performance of this contract; the associated costs for this information will be contained within the pricing of CLIN X001: A3OS Labor.
