Provides the completed list of Questions & Answers. AMENDMENT 2 Amendment 2 accomplishes the following:

Updates Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement Adds "Questions and Answers (pending)" to the list of attachments. Vendors should be advised questions 1 and 8 are still pending a final answer. Extends the due date for quotes to June 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. AMENDMENT 1 Amendment 1 accomplishes the following:

Extends the due date for quotes to June 23, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time. Adds tariff guidance to Quotation Preparation Instructions, paragraph a. Adds the provision at DFARS 252.225-7000, Buy American – Balance of Payments Program Certificate, to the Quotation Preparation Instructions paragraph c and as Attachment 3. Adds guidance for the evaluation of foreign offers to Section III, Evaluation of Quotes. Updates Attachment 2 – Provisions and Clauses Adds Attachment 4 – FAR 52.212-3(b) to supplement the instructions for Contract Documentation. Adds Attachment 5 – Questions (sans answers).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This effort is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside.

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513130 – Book Publishers with a size standard of 1,000 employees. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT The United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado, has a requirement for the development, production, printing, binding, and distribution of 2,000 hardbound cloth-covered books in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The book will celebrate the 50th anniversary of women at USAFA and their significant contributions to National Security since 1976. The vision of the book is a chronological history of major events beginning with the admission of women to USAFA in 1975, the graduation of the first class in 1980, and notable female graduates and their accomplishments towards National Security from 1980 to present day.
